Print Up – Shipping & Production Policy
At Print Up, we aim to get your custom orders produced and delivered quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find details about our production schedules and shipping options so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Production Timeframes
Standard Print Production (up to 14 business days + shipping)

For most standard print jobs, production takes 7 days, but can be up to 14 business days before shipping.
Embroidery & Specialty Items (up to 14 business days + shipping)

Embroidered garments, as well as selected promotional items (such as tote bags, bottles, or umbrellas), generally take around 14 business days for production.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – Australia Post

Flat rate $10 for the first item, plus $0.25 per additional item.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Express Shipping – Australia Post

Flat rate $15 for the first item, plus $1 per additional item.

Express Post usually arrives overnight in metro areas (allow extra time for rural addresses).
International Shipping

Starting from $15+, depending on the destination and order size.

Tracking will be supplied once your parcel has been sent.

Please note: international delivery times can vary significantly, with some destinations taking up to 40 days or more. Availability may also be limited for certain countries.

Choosing Express Shipping only speeds up the postal delivery time. It does not shorten the production time for your order.
